RS-FRESHMAN (2008): Appeared in 15 games, including 13 starts...posted 2-7 record with 7.67 earned run average...earned first collegiate victory, Feb. 29, with seven innings of work against Wright State...defeated Gonzaga, March 25, giving up two runs in six innings...pitched three and two-thirds innings of shutout relief at Gonzaga, May 13...struck out career-high seven and gave up two unearned runs in six innings at UCLA, May 18.
