SOPHOMORE (2008): Made 19 appearances, including one start...was 3-2 with one save and a 4.94 ERA...posted victories in three of first-four appearances of the season while posting 0.00 ERA in 10 and two-thirds innings...notched save by retiring all five men he faced vs. Gonzaga, March 25...Pacific-10 All-Academic honorable mention.
FRESHMAN (2007): Made 17 appearances, including two starts...was a 3-2 with one save and a 6.37 earned run average in 29 and two-thirds innings...gave up 36 hits, walked eight and struck out 17...posted a 2.45 ERA in five Pac-10 games...save came March 2 against Southern Utah when he logged three shutout innings...put together three straight shutout outings March 20-28 (second game of doubleheader).

Earned three letters each in baseball, basketball, and football at Ephrata High...captain for basketball and baseball teams...first team All-CWAC pitcher as a sophomore...also league honorable mention tight end...league most valuable player and second team All-State pitcher during junior campaign...named to second team All-CWAC for basketball and football...as a senior, first team All-CWAC and All-State...named league MVP...helped Ephrata to third place finish at State...first team all-league and second team All-State as a tight end...awarded second team All-CWAC in basketball.
