How To Order

1. Go to the Official Website of WSU Athletics, www.wsucougars.com, and log on to the official bowl ordering site. Only online orders will be accepted.
2. ALL Coug fans can place a "pre-order" for tickets to any of the possible bowl games to which WSU could be selected. You will only be charged a shipping and handling fee at the time you place your pre-order. If your order is subsequently guaranteed and WSU is invited to one of your selected bowls, there will be no possibility for decreasing your ticket quantity to the selected bowl game. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order, but do note that your order does not guarantee bowl tickets, as demand could exceed supply.
3. In the event that demand exceeds the number of tickets WSU is allocated for a bowl game, orders will be filled according to TPS rank until all tickets are allocated. Please be aware that placing an order through this online pre-order does not guarantee tickets will be awarded to you.
4. All bowl orders placed by 11:59 p.m. PST on November 20 will be ranked according to the Ticket Priority System. A confirmation e-mail will be sent on November 22, guaranteeing the actual number of tickets you have secured for each bowl possibility.
5. When a bowl invitation is accepted, the quantity of tickets you were guaranteed in the November 22 confirmation email will be processed. The credit card charged for the shipping and handling fee will also be charged for the bowl tickets. There are no refunds or cancellations. If there is a range of different possible ticket prices for the selected bowl game, the tickets will be allocated on a "best-available" basis unless otherwise indicated in the comments box of your online order.
6. All bowl tickets will be shipped on or before December 14 via FedEx to the physical address given during the online ordering process. All purchasers will have already been charged a required $25 shipping and handling fee per physical address.
7. There is no limit on how many tickets you can order. The WSU Athletic Ticket Office will place as many tickets as possible at your TPS rank, though only the first 20 tickets are guaranteed to be placed at your TPS rank. Depending on ticket demand, orders exceeding 20 tickets may be divided between seating areas.
