Daugherty to Speak at Red Cross Breakfast

SEATTLE - Washington State University Women's Basketball Head Coach June Daugherty will be the keynote speaker at the 12th Annual Red Cross Heroes Breakfast - "Everyday People, Everyday Heroes" - sponsored by The Boeing Company.
"We are pleased to have June Daugherty talk about her experience with cardiac arrest because CPR training is such a big part of our mission," American Red Cross Serving King and Kitsap Counties CEO Larry Petry said. "The Red Cross trains over 65,000 people each year in life saving skills. Some of the heroes that we will be honoring at the breakfast have used CPR to save a life."
The breakfast, held April 10 from 7:30-9 a.m., at the Convention Center in downtown Seattle, will honor 18 heroes.
